Moët & Chandon, my favorite champagne, and Norwegian Cruise Line your favorite travel junkies dream cruise, have teamed up ( thank the heavens) and opened the first-ever luxury Moët & Chandon Ice Bar, located on Great Stirrup Cay, which is the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas.
Silver Cove, the Moët & Chandon Ice Bar is truly Luxxxe. It boasts offering beachgoers the most decadent and delightful Champagnes combined with jaw-dropping instaworthy views for one of the most posh and polished #MoëtMoments you’ll never forget. The highly exotic barscape is a the perfect photo op while you and your girls sip in the sun – decked out with lush luxxxe palm trees, plenty of sunlight seating outside, private direct beach access, and decadent cocktails. What more could you ask for.
No More Over Packed Cruise Excursions
Moët & Chandon Ice Bar has definitely leveled up the luxury experience on this island. It for sure transforms it into the ideal place to lay back, relax and recharge. No more overly touristy excursions cattle packed into a white van.
This much more enjoyable option creates a fun and fresh vibe . Chic is the only way to describe this place.
Imagine yourself listening to the waves and the birds. Drink in hand. The palm trees making for a bomb backdrop. Aqua blue shimmering waters do their part to give you one of the most overly but in the right way dramatic and picturesque bars in the world hands down.
The Bartenders Are The Best
Keeping in line with the theme, the servers treat each guest with meticulous sips and beautifully hand-crafted cocktails made with Moët Ice Impérial and Moët Ice Impérial Rose – including this drink I now need to try Moët Melon On The Rocks.
I haven’t had it just yet but here is the recipe. Let me know how you like it.
MOËT MELON ON THE ROCKS
4.0 oz Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial
3 Large Ice Cubes
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Volcán Tequila Blanco
1 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice
6 mint leaves
Glass: Wine Goblet
Garnish: Chunk of watermelon, slice of lime and mint sprig
Method: Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker. Muddle watermelon (if fresh) and mint leaves. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a large wine goblet (Slap a mint leaf and run around the rim of the glass) and top with 4oz of Moët Ice Imperial and top off with three large ice cubes. Garnish with watermelon, lime slice and mint sprig.
The opening of Silver Cove elevates the offerings available across the 270-acre tropical oasis with 38 luxury beachfront villas, private beach access, a Mandara Spa, oceanfront lagoon, and the Silver Cove Restaurant and Bar.
